Listening to podcasts in my car

I recently switched from a Ford Focus to Hyundai Getz, and I noticed a sudden drop in the reception of the FM transmitter I'm using to broadcast the podcasts to the car's radio (it's connected to my cell phone).

I suspect this is due to the fact the Focus doesn't have an external antenna, but one built into the frame, and this may lead to a better reception when the radio source is inside the car.

Do you listen to podcast while driving? How do you do that?
